Deliveries made by QEX-Qampira Express are made from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, they are delivered from the Post Office of Mozambique, which are located in all provincial capitals. 

Delivery time is counted from the confirmation of payment on business days, ie does not include Saturdays. Exceptionally deliveries may occur on Saturdays in the morning (7:30 to 12:00).

After confirmation of payment, the deadline for issuing the bill of lading with the pickup code of the same at the post office of Mozambique of your province QEX has the responsibility to send you within 24h of working days by email and even by WhatsApp from QEX.

Our deliverers make only one delivery attempt at the informed location (within Manica province). It is essential that, at the requested address, have a person authorized by the buyer (a), over 18 years, and carrying identification to receive the goods and sign the protocol.

With each order status update our system automatically sends alert emails. This is why it is important to keep your email address up to date on the QEX homepage.

IMPORTANT: Once the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the delivery method, request advance or priority. All delivery times take into account the stock, the Province, the process of issuing the note with the withdrawal code and the preparation time of the product.

Situations where delivery may be delayed If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the carrier’s Distribution Center, we will contact you to retry delivery.
